Olga Kołakowska appointed as the new General Manager at New Wave International Cargo Europe.

As of April 1, 2026, Olga Kołakowska has taken the position of General Manager at New Wave International Cargo Europe. In her new role, she is responsible for the development of the company’s operations in Europe and for further strengthening the company’s position in international markets.

Olga Kołakowska has nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. She specializes in building effective teams and improving operational processes. She creates a work environment based on responsibility, trust, and high standards, which translates into real business results.

Throughout her career, she has consistently developed teams, built relationships with key clients, and implemented solutions supporting sustainable organizational growth. Before joining NWIC, she held the position of Country Manager at Hillebrand Gori Poland, and earlier, for seven years, she was associated with Loconi Intermodal, where she developed her competencies in the strategic area of intermodal transport.
